The Mare e Monti Farmhouse offers its guests dishes based essentially on Mediterranean cuisine which, due to its valuable effects, also recognized by UNESCO, holds the secret to combining fitness and health.
Furthermore, you can taste typical local dishes such as spelled and beans, a poor man's dish, spaghetti with lemon or walnuts, squid and potatoes called "Mare e Monti", scialatielli with provola. etc.etc., prepared with imagination and creativity, mainly using company products.
The dining room dating back to the 1800s, with stone arches and vaults, also includes a fireplace used to heat the room, for roasts and roasted chestnuts.
Each dish is a succession of intense flavours, seasoned with our own "Colline Salernitane" extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by the DOC Costa d'Amalfi Basileo wine, originally produced and bottled by our farm.
The menu varies according to the availability of seasonal produce from the garden and can also be adapted, upon specific request, to guests with food allergies and intolerances.
